Project Overview
Vertically Expanding Pakistan’s Meat Production
Pakistan has a vast reservoir of male cattle and buffalo (46.1M and 38.8M respectively) with strong potential for feedlot fattening. This PM initiative unlocks that potential through incentivized, technology-driven farm-level interventions — with specific focus on cow/buffalo fattening nationwide and goat/sheep fattening in Balochistan.
The project establishes model calf and kid/lamb feedlot fattening farms, provides bio-economically efficient production technologies, and creates scalable enterprise models that can be expanded through subsequent funding phases.
