The Pakistan Citizens Portal (PCP) is the official government platform for lodging complaints against federal institutions. Your complaint will be tracked, and you will receive a formal response within the prescribed timeframe.

For complaints or concerns related to LDDB’s programs, grant administration, or employee conduct, you may write directly to our office. All complaints are treated confidentially and acknowledged within 7 working days.
